Randy Boggio Named to 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers and Minnesota Monthly Top Lawyers Lists
Everbright Legacy Law congratulates partner Randy Boggio on his selection to the 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers list and to Minnesota Monthly’s 2026 Top Lawyers list in elder law.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters service, selects attorneys through a process that includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. No more than 5 percent of attorneys in the state are named each year.
Randy’s 2026 selection continues a long run on the list. Super Lawyers selected him every year from 1996 through 2010 and from 2012 through 2026, and named him to its Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers list in 2015.
Minnesota Monthly’s 2026 Top Lawyers list is based on a peer-review survey and nominations from practicing attorneys across Minnesota. Randy is one of six attorneys named in the Elder Law category as of this writing.
Randy works with families on supplemental and special needs trusts, long-term care planning, settlement planning, and estate planning. He earned a bachelor’s degree in social work before law school, a background that matches how the firm pairs attorneys with licensed social workers.
Randy joins founding attorney Sarah Sicheneder and litigation attorney Noble Simpson on the 2026 Super Lawyers list.
