Preparing &
Protecting Your Legacy

Minnesota’s only elder law firm integrating licensed social workers with legal services. Serving families throughout the Twin Cities with comprehensive, compassionate care.

Sarah Sicheneder and Lauren Fink

Our Story

Everbright Legacy Law was founded by attorneys Sarah Sicheneder and Lauren Fink with a clear vision: to provide Minnesota families with truly comprehensive elder law services that address not only legal needs but also the complete challenges associated with aging, disability, and long-term care.

After years of practicing elder law at a traditional firm, Sarah and Lauren identified a significant gap in services. Clients required more than just legal documents; they needed assistance in navigating care options, understanding government benefits, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing the emotional complexities of aging and family caregiving.

Traditional law firms could not offer this level of support. In response, we developed a different model. By integrating licensed social workers directly into our legal practice, we established Minnesota’s first and only Life Care Planning firm, where legal counsel and care coordination work seamlessly together.

Today, we serve families throughout Minnesota from our Richfield office, providing the comprehensive support that aging families truly need.

In 2025, Everbright Legacy Law acquired Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A., also known as Maser Law. Former Maser clients can reach us at (952) 925-4147.

*Life Care Planning is a national model certified through the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association; Everbright Legacy Law is the only Minnesota member firm.

  • Direct communication between your legal team and care team
  • Comprehensive support for Medical Assistance (Medicaid), care facility selection, and family dynamics
