Ever trusted. Ever prepared. Ever on your side.
A law firm focused on planning that honors your wishes and safeguards your legacy.

An Elder Law Firm
We focus on estate planning, long-term care, and special needs — the important stuff that can be tough to navigate. Our goal is to help you feel confident and informed every step of the way. We take the time to get to know you, your family, and what matters most. Your goals shape the plan — because your future is what matters most to us.

Estate Planning
Estate planning ensures your assets are protected and your wishes are honored during your lifetime and after. It includes tools like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives to give you control and peace of mind.

Long-term care planning
Long-term care planning helps you prepare for the financial, legal, and personal aspects of aging and potential care needs. It protects your assets while ensuring access to quality care.

Estate Administration
We guide personal representatives and families through the legal process of managing and distributing a deceased person’s assets according to their will or state law — from probate to final distribution — with clarity and support.

Guardianships/ Conservatorships
Guardianship and conservatorship are legal tools used to protect individuals who can no longer make decisions for themselves due to age, illness, or disability. We assist families in navigating the court process to appoint responsible decision-makers for personal, medical, and financial matters.

Special Needs Planning
Special needs estate planning ensures that a loved one with disabilities is financially protected without jeopardizing eligibility for essential government benefits. We help families create tools like special needs trusts to provide long-term care, support, and peace of mind.

Life Care Planning
Life care planning helps individuals and families prepare for future medical, financial, and personal needs related to aging or chronic conditions. We work closely with you to create a comprehensive plan that ensures quality care and preserves your independence.

Our Partners
“All the way through the process, from the first call to the last signing, I felt listened to, acknowledged, informed and greatly supported. No question was too small, or went unanswered, sometimes after being asked a number of times. The support staff are just wonderful and I was highly satisfied with the level of professionalism of the attorneys. I am looking forward to continuing with Everbright for the next steps in our estate planning, etc.”
