“I can fix a situation that seems unfixable.” – Noble Simpson

Noble Simpson is a litigation attorney at Everbright Legacy Law. His practice areas are contested wills, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, and other probate and financial exploitation matters. He understands that contested cases can be stressful for everyone involved and is dedicated to supporting clients throughout this challenging process.

Before becoming an attorney, Noble spent five years teaching English grammar and writing as a high school team teacher in Japan. He now utilizes those skills to simplify and clarify complex legal topics and court procedures, eliminating unnecessary legal jargon.

For Noble, litigation represents a combination of two passions: writing and advocating for his clients. He loves his work. Additionally, he volunteers as a judge for the Minnesota State Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Program and has been part of the drafting subcommittee since 2022.

Noble chose to become an attorney because he believed that writing could solve people’s problems. Most legal cases are argued through written briefs, which apply the law to specific facts. Crafting a strong brief is one of the most effective ways to assist a client. He understands that being an attorney requires a passion for both arguing and writing.

His greatest accomplishment is his two children, whom he loves empowering by teaching them new skills. It’s remarkable to see them achieve something today that they couldn’t do yesterday.

“I’m making a difference by catching things that others might overlook. Minor details can lead to major problems or significant solutions.”

Quote me: “You can do this. You can get through this.”

His next challenge is navigating the teenage years.

On his bookshelf is “Gödel, Escher, Bach” by Douglas Hofstadter.

Seven words that describe him are: father, writer, seeker, open-minded, focused, methodical, and serious.

One thing most people don’t know about him is that he hates wearing suits.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
