Get to know Marquitta
As Intake Coordinator at Everbright Legacy Law, Marquitta is often a prospective client’s first point of contact. She collects and documents new client information, evaluates leads against the firm’s criteria to assess how the firm can help, sends out intake paperwork, and coordinates appointments with the attorneys’ schedules.
When working with clients, Marquitta’s goal is to help them feel heard, valued, and satisfied with their experience, all while keeping focus on the task at hand.

While navigating long-term care planning for her grandmother, Marquitta became acutely aware of how significant this field is.

Marquitta considers her greatest accomplishment to be the amazing human who calls her mom, her daughter.

Her current goal is to read three more books than she did last year, which would bring her total to 15. She is currently reading “The Selected Works of Audre Lorde.”

When she’s not working, Marquitta enjoys spending time with her family, attending her daughter’s dance performances and events, watching horror movies and crime shows, reading, music and concerts, and keeping a craft project or two going at all times.
