Get to know Arianne
Arianne Maxwell is a legal intern at Everbright Legacy Law PLLC, focusing on legal research, writing, and legislative policy in Elder Law. She is passionate about amplifying the voices of persons with disabilities.
Arianne continues to be a spokesperson for Guild Incorporated. Their services support individuals with mental health disabilities through case management, crisis support, residential treatment, supported employment, and housing.
She became interested in law at a young age due to the profound influence of her grandfather, a judge in Ramsey County from 1968 to 1986. Before the age of digital media, Arianne and her grandfather would build arguments on various current issues and events. At arm’s length, there was always a dictionary to reference the meaning of the words being discussed. Although her grandfather would have the better argument, this taught her resilience and fortitude.
Arianne works diligently to help people and give back to the community while pursuing law school. With a vision of empowering individuals with informed decision-making, as well as strengthening public institutions that aid those who are in need.
She is most proud of being a supportive caregiver for her mother and grandmother. Family, whether blood or chosen, is valued above all else. Family is those special individuals who walk with you through life in the dirt as well as amongst the flowers.
